camping hair - literally
I sat for 15 minutes in a salon chair to get these locks, not that I actually need new hair, but more to see if i can recommend it for others to do.
Linden Lab's in-world Christmas Card picture (2002), originally uploaded by pantufla.
Philip Linden is on the left. I think eventually he got nudged out of the frame.
Jopsy Pendragon, the person who created particle lab, created this area as a show of what & how SL works in the background, if you look to the right side it lists the servers and what runs on them and how many. This is an old map in the display area.

Douglas Story and Desdemona Enfield's newest creation "StormEye," the centerpiece of which is composed of approximately 1000 primitive objects which are coated in moving video accompanied by a densely layered sound effects bed. This complex and dynamic object floats over a landscape which is composed of a grid of interlocking sculpty megaprims which Enfield manufactured using mathematical data. This derived from her work using real-world data from the USGS and NASA to create accurate models of actual landscapes within Second Life. As with every other Story/Endfield collaboration, BE SURE TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS and take the build-specific umbrella by Bryn Oh

I took Cotton Dover to see Inspire Park last night. I think everyone who is new to SL should take a trip there to see the power of Immersive education.
